To be honest, disagreements and conflicts are normal in the workplace. Seriously speaking, most people tend to be emotional when problems arise. When emotions are running high, this is not the right time to discuss any problem. You should keep in mind that people do not solve the problem and upset. Anger leads to anger.
Subordinates do not want to share their opinions, if they know that their superiors are narrow-minded and stubborn. On the other hand, are more willing to express their opinions, if they know that their leaders are willing to listen. You are invited to listen to your subordinates point of view from time to time. Please keep in mind that each staff member has the same right to provide comments and feedback.
Most managers hate arguments. We must admit that some employees do not work in line with the visions of their organization and missions. If you think you’re right, you can use your power as a last resort to resolve the conflict. We can not avoid conflict. Whenever there is a conflict, we need communication. Do not be angry or upset when it is necessary to deal with disagreement. When the confrontation occurs, you must handle gracefully.
